Staging House Terms and Conditions
Rental Period
• Standard rental period is 4 weeks (28 days).
• Rentals may be extended in 2-week increments. Extensions must be requested before the return due date.
Processing Fee
• Each order includes a $25 non-refundable processing fee. This may appear in the system as a “Security Deposit” but functions only as the processing fee.
Pickup and Delivery
• Soft staging items: Packaged for pickup in Greenville County. A $25 service fee applies to each soft staging order.
• Full furniture staging: Customers may pick up items, hire their own mover, or request connection to one of Staging House’s moving partners. Moving costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Responsibility for Items
• Rented items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
• Any missing or damaged items will be billed at the listed replacement cost.
• Normal wear and tear is expected. Excessive damage will result in additional charges.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Orders may be canceled prior to pickup with no rental fee charged, but the $25 processing fee is non-refundable.
• Once items are picked up or delivered, no refunds will be issued for early returns.
Liability
• Staging House is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage caused during pickup, delivery, or use of rental items.
• Customers are responsible for securing safe transport and placement of all items.
Stagers and Movers
• Staging House does not provide staging or styling services but can connect customers with trusted local stagers.
• Movers are available through independent moving partners. All moving costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Special Requests
• If an item is unavailable or out of stock, customers may text Alesha or Jennifer. Staging House will make every effort to source the requested item but cannot guarantee availability.
